Molar Metrics Screen an address

Terms of Use

The deal, in plain language

Using the site or buying a report means you accept these terms. Last updated July 2026.

What you're buying

$29.99 buys one site report for one US address: the full document on the web plus the PDF, generated from the sources named in the report's own appendix. Your report link keeps working — reload it, print it, send it to your lender.

What you may do with it

Share it, print it, and include it in work product for your lender, partners, or advisors, with the attribution left intact. What you may not do is resell it or redistribute its data as a demographic product of your own — the report is priced at cost plus a nominal margin precisely so nobody has to do that.

No scraping

Automated bulk use — scraping, bots, scripted report generation — is not permitted. Every report costs us real money in verified map data, and the price is set for dentists screening their own addresses, not for harvesting.

What the report is, and is not

It is a screening of one location against public data. It is not a valuation, appraisal, feasibility study, or professional advice, and it recommends no site. Demographic figures are survey estimates and carry the margins of error shown. Health and dental-attendance rates are CDC model estimates for the area, not measurements of its residents. A practice with no online presence may be absent from the office list, and a recent opening or closure may be recorded incorrectly — the report shows its evidence for every office so you can judge the count. Decisions you make, and their outcomes, are yours.

Independence

We're compensated solely by what you pay for the report. No commission, referral, or placement fee from any broker, lender, realtor, supplier, or transition consultant, and no interest in any property or practice a report covers.

Refunds

Simple: if you're not happy with your report, or there's an issue with it, contact support — reply to your receipt — and we'll run a new report or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer.

Maps

Map imagery comes from Google Maps and carries its attribution; Google's terms apply to that imagery. Don't crop the attribution out.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the site or a report is capped at what you paid for the report.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. The terms in force when you bought your report are the ones that apply to it.
